An Ohio federal judge has nixed the suit lodged by Cobra Pipeline Company Ltd. accusing partner-turned-rival Gas Natural Inc. of illegally tracking it trucks and workers through the account of a former employee, which Cobra called a violation of the Stored Communications Act and Wiretap Act.
