A California federal court on Friday tossed a suit against the NFL and several of its employees alleging the league stole an idea for a television show about undrafted football players giving the league a full dismissal with prejudice finding that the man who brought the suit failed to fix problems with his complaint.

A California federal judge on Thursday granted the NFL's bid to dismiss a suit filed by a man who says the league stole his concept for a show about the draft, but allowed the plaintiff to amend his complaint.
