Two Johnson & Johnson units on Monday settled their suit accusing GlaxoSmithKline of spreading false advertising about its Flonase nasal spray during the prime sales seasons for allergy medication, less than a month after launching the suit in New York federal court.

Johnson & Johnson units on Thursday accused GlaxoSmithKline of flooding the market with false advertising of its Flonase nasal spray, saying they're trying to stop the misleading ads before the end of spring, the prime sales season for allergy medication.
