Tech Co. Says Foreign Worker's High Wages Nix FLSA Claim
Global Data Solutions Inc. urged an Illinois federal judge Monday to throw out a potential class action alleging the technology company underpaid foreign guest workers, saying the plaintiff's own admissions about his pay doomed his claim under the Fair Labor Standards Act.

H-1B Workers Claim Tech Firm Stiffed Them On Wages
A noncitizen employee of tech company Global Data Solutions Inc. launched a class action in Illinois federal court Monday accusing the company of taking advantage of his and other workers' H-1B status to avoid paying them proper wages in violation of the Fair Labor and Standards Act.
