Former employees claiming an HMSHost Corp. unit willfully denied them overtime urged a Georgia federal judge Tuesday to reject the food and beverage concessionaire's bid to dismiss the case, arguing their allegations are sufficient and unaffected by the decertification of a related collective action.

HMSHost Corp. told a Georgia federal court Wednesday that former employees who lobbed a putative collective action alleging the food and beverage concessionaire willfully denied them overtime are overreaching and have no facts to back claims they're rehashing from another, already-decertified collective action.
