The man behind "The Crazy Nastyass Honey Badger" YouTube video that went viral in 2011 slapped shopping mall fixture Hot Topic Inc. with a trademark and copyright infringement lawsuit Tuesday in California, accusing the retailer of selling honey badger-inspired apparel intended to capitalize on the popularity of his video.
