A California federal judge on Thursday refused to disqualify Irell & Manella LLP from representing film company QED Holdings LLC in its trademark suit against an ex-CEO over the upcoming film "Dirty Grandpa," saying there's no evidence Irell previously represented the ex-CEO besides a "quirky" line in a press release.
