Class counsel for customers of a pair of companies that make portable heaters used in truck cabs have asked a New York federal judge to approve up to $6.6 million in fees and expenses after they settled claims the companies teamed up to fix their prices.

Vehicle Heater Co. Faces Price-Fixing Suit After Guilty Plea
A commercial truck dealership filed a putative class action against the maker of a removable vehicle heater in New York federal court Thursday, saying the manufacturer must compensate consumers for their losses incurred from the price rigging it copped to last month in a criminal case.
