AIDS Nonprofit's Referral Bonuses Not Kickbacks, Court Says
A Florida federal judge has shot down a False Claims Act suit alleging AIDS Healthcare Foundation Inc. paid kickbacks to employees for referring patients to HIV/AIDS services at the nonprofit's facilities, saying the bonus payments were lawful under the federal Anti-Kickback Statute.
