FTC Inks 2nd Highest Disgorgement Deal With Cardinal Health
Cardinal Health Inc. on Monday agreed to pay $26.8 million to resolve the Federal Trade Commission's claim that it illegally monopolized the sale of low-energy radiopharmaceuticals to health care providers in 25 areas, in the watchdog's second-highest antitrust disgorgement deal ever.
