A patent suit over a trucking company's use of a computer-based notification system will remain in Texas federal court, after a judge said Wednesday that moving the proceedings to Wisconsin, as the company requested, would have mixed effects at best.

Fed. Circ. Won't Order Gilstrap To Speed Up Transfer Ruling
The Federal Circuit declined a trucking company's request to force U.S. District Judge J. Rodney Gilstrap to expedite rulings in a patent suit against the company, saying a Wednesday hearing on one of the pending motions shows the case is making progress.
