Ark. Judge Nixes JPMorgan, Citi FX Dividend Conversion Suits
JPMorgan and Citigroup were freed Thursday from class actions in Arkansas federal court accusing the banks of systematically manipulating the exchange rate when providing dividends from foreign companies to American depositary receipt holders, after a judge found the suits had no ties to the state.
