SunTrust Bank has agreed to dismiss a trade secrets suit accusing a former employee of absconding to Credit Suisse Securities LLC with a list of hundreds of client accounts worth more than $450 million, according to documents filed in Florida federal court on Wednesday.

SunTrust Bank hit a former employee and Credit Suisse Securities LLC with a trade secrets suit in Florida federal court Monday, alleging she took a list of hundreds of client accounts worth more than $450 million to Credit Suisse when she resigned.
