Drivers Who Say CRST Sabotaged Jobs Are Denied Class Cert.
A California federal judge has denied class certification in a lawsuit that claims freight company CRST undermined its truck drivers' employment prospects with competitors, saying that without looking at each driver's case individually she could not determine whether CRST had hurt the drivers' chances of getting or keeping jobs with rivals.

Calif. Truckers Near Cert. On Claim CRST Sabotaged Jobs
A California federal judge on Monday tentatively ruled that she would certify a class of more than 800 truck drivers who allege freight company CRST sabotaged their efforts to get or keep jobs at rival trucking companies by falsely telling competitors that the drivers were still under contract.
