A D.C. federal judge on Monday gave the U.S. State Department a month to review some 15,000 emails it sent to or received from Hillary Clinton during her tenure as secretary of state for eventual production to a conservative activist group in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit.

A conservative watchdog group hit the U.S. Department of State with several suits in Washington, D.C., federal court this week, demanding it cough up documents related to former Secretary of State Democrat Hillary Clinton and a top Clinton aide.
