HP Accused Of Jumping The Gun On Computer Warranties
Hewlett-Packard Co. on Wednesday removed to California federal court a putative class action accusing it of starting the date of its limited warranty period for computer hardware prior to purchase by customers in violation of false-advertising and consumer-protection laws.
