Procter & Gamble Co. has agreed to refund households up to $30 each and pay up to $2.15 million in attorneys' fees and costs to resolve a certified class action accusing the company of falsely labeling its wet wipes as "flushable" when they clog sewer systems, according to documents filed Wednesday in California federal court.
