Firm Can't Dodge Botched Visa Coverage Fight, Insurer Says
Immigration law firm Bloomfield & Kempf LLP's insurer, which sued to obtain a ruling that it does not have to defend the firm in litigation alleging it botched an Indian man's temporary work visa extension, urged an Ohio federal court Monday to retain jurisdiction over the case.
