    UPS Pays $25M To Settle Gov't Package Delivery Fraud

    UPS will pay $25 million, including $3.75 million to a former employee, to settle False Claims Act allegations the international shipper falsified delivery records of federal and state government packages to avoid paying refunds, the U.S. Department of Justice said Tuesday.
