1st Blue Bell Listeria Suit Melts Amid New Ice Cream Recall
A Texas federal judge on Thursday dismissed the first case brought against Blue Bell Creameries Inc. over a deadly listeria outbreak, a day after the troubled ice cream maker launched another recall out of worries that its chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream was contaminated with the bacteria.
