Defense lawyers at Arnold & Porter LLP and Kobre & Kim LLP have asked a Florida federal judge not to oust them from a Medicare fraud case against an eye doctor who also faces charges of bribing U.S. Sen. Robert Menendez, saying their work in a related civil case doesn't pose a conflict.
