A federal judge in San Francisco has ordered a proposed class action alleging foreign exchange market manipulation by JPMorgan Chase & Co., Barclays PLC and other banks to be transferred to New York where similar litigation is ongoing.

Big Banks Want 'Outlier' Forex Suit Moved To NY Court
JPMorgan Chase & Co., Barclays PLC and other big banks asked a California federal judge on Wednesday to transfer a class action over alleged ongoing foreign exchange manipulation to New York federal court, calling the complaint "an outlier" that belongs in the consolidated New York litigation.

Big Banks Never Stopped Rigging Forex Market, Suit Says
