    Transportation manager AFMS LLC urged the Ninth Circuit on Wednesday to revive its antitrust suit alleging UPS Inc. and FedEx Corp. stifled competition by refusing to deal with it and other shipping consultants, saying the trial court wrongly determined it first needed to define the market in which competition was supposedly restrained.
