A man who was among hundreds sickened by salmonella-tainted Peanut Corp. of America products said in Georgia federal court Thursday his proposed class action against an auditor that allegedly failed to prevent the outbreak shouldn't be dismissed because it's not covered by PCA's $12 million settlement.
