Absolut Sues Over 'Egregious' Kahlua Knockoff
Pernod Ricard unit Absolut Co. asked a New York federal court Thursday to shut down a brazen knockoff of its Kahlua brand of coffee liqueur, which the spirits giant discovered when the alleged counterfeiters sought federal approval for their liquor label.
