Michigan Tribe Challenges New NLRB Union Election Rule
The Saginaw Chippewa Indian tribe filed a suit in Michigan federal court on Monday, challenging the National Labor Relations Board's new rule to quicken the union election process, saying that the rule was arbitrarily implemented and violates a number of the tribe's constitutional and sovereign rights.
