Netskope's Security IP Alice Bid May Be Too Early, Judge Says
A California federal judge cast doubt Tuesday on cloud security company Netskope Inc.'s attempt to ditch Protegrity USA Inc.'s patent infringement suit early by claiming Protegrity's hack-detection patent is invalid under Alice, asking whether she can rule on invalidity before she's interpreted the patent.
