Consumers Slam Ghirardelli's Bid To Nix Fake Chocolate Suit
A proposed class of consumers accusing Ghirardelli of mislabeling chocolate products bought by customers in the U.S. territories hit back at the chocolate company's bid to dismiss the suit on Wednesday, saying the company's claim that they don't have standing is factually wrong.

A consumer filed a proposed class action in Puerto Rico federal court on Tuesday alleging Ghirardelli Chocolate Co. mislabeled chocolate products bought by customers in the U.S. territories after the chocolate maker settled a similar suit by U.S. consumers last year.
