Irwin & Boesen PC's fee fight with The McNulty Law Firm and Berger & Montague PC stemming from multidistrict litigation over oil sludge in Volkswagen AG and Audi AG engines escalated Tuesday when the firm launched a suit in Massachusetts federal court demanding its share of $8 million in fees.
