    A New York federal judge on Tuesday tossed a suit in which an internationally renowned Brooklyn muralist claimed Starbucks Corp. infringed five copyrighted pieces of her artwork with its Frappuccino advertising campaign, ruling the sets of works weren't substantially similar.
