Turkish chemical company Organik Kimya Sanayi ve Ticaret AS told a Federal Circuit panel Friday that its destruction of evidence in a trade secrets row with Dow Chemical should have warranted something less harsh than a default judgment against it, arguing the International Trade Commission chose the "most extreme nuclear sanctions available."
