    An Indiana bank has to turn over details of a confidential settlement reached with AIG and another insurer over a $6 million aircraft loan that defaulted after the plane was impounded, an Indiana federal court ruled Monday, saying the plane's owners have a right to know if the insurers are working with 1st Source Bank as the owners fight the bank in court.
