Fitbit on Thursday lodged its third suit accusing rival Jawbone of infringing its wearable fitness tracker patents — its second in Delaware federal court — while Jawbone pushed back against Fitbit's judgment bid in one of its own infringement cases in California.

Fitness tracker maker Jawbone told a California federal judge Monday that the U.S. International Trade Commission should make the initial call on whether rival Fitbit can beat patent infringement claims by nixing some Jawbone patents as invalid under the U.S. Supreme Court's Alice standard.
