An Oklahoma federal judge on Friday tossed Oklahoma Attorney General Scott Pruitt's suit challenging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Clean Power Plan, saying any dispute of the controversial proposal belongs in the D.C. Circuit and must wait until the agency finalizes the plan.

Oklahoma's attorney general on Wednesday filed suit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, alleging that its Clean Power Plan is an abuse of power that, despite a D.C. Circuit court's ruling, can't wait until its final stage to be stopped.
