    Judge Cites 7th Circ. Ruling For Sex Site In Sheriff Suit

    An Illinois federal judge indicated Wednesday he would follow a Seventh Circuit ruling that Cook County Sheriff Tom Dart interfered with protected speech on Backpage.com when he asked credit card companies to stop doing business with the classified ad site, but said there was a legitimate question about whether the letters constituted threats.
