Kohl's Denies Swindling Customers In Brand Discount Case
Kohl's Department Stores Inc. told a California federal court Thursday that consumers suing it for allegedly listing artificially inflated original prices on marked-down items in its stores cannot show that they paid too much for the items they purchased, necessitating dismissal of the proposed class action.

Kohl's Hit With False Ad Class Action Over Brand Discounts
Kohl's Department Stores Inc. was slapped with a putative class action on Tuesday in California federal court accusing the retailer of falsely advertising private and exclusive label products to mislead consumers into believing they are marked down from "fictitious" original prices.
