Wilson Hits Football Gear Maker With New Patent Suit
Wilson Sporting Goods Co. told an Illinois federal court on Monday that its rival Rawlings Sporting Goods Co. Inc. started infringing its patent for more grippable footballs and other game balls after a former Wilson employee went to work there.
