Katy Perry Moschino Met Gala Gown Sparks Artist's IP Suit
Moschino SpA was hit with a copyright suit in California federal court Wednesday accusing the Italian fashion house of copying street artist Rime's piece "Vandal Eyes" and printing it on a gown that pop star Katy Perry wore to the Met Gala in May.
