Kinsale Insurance Co. asked a Florida federal judge on Monday to reconsider her denial of a summary judgment motion in a coverage suit over a sinkhole at a shopping center, saying there was no evidence of "sudden" sinking.

A Florida federal judge Friday denied Kinsale Insurance a quick win in a lawsuit over sinkhole coverage, saying it is up to a jury to decide whether the ground under a Florida shopping center is sinking fast enough to qualify for coverage.
