The week in intellectual property complaints saw Brooks Kushman PC client Ancora Technologies Inc. again target Apple Inc. over an anti-piracy patent it had previously asserted in a case that made it to the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as a Hodgson Russ LLP client accuse CNN of lifting his YouTube video of a massive blizzard without permission — all part of the nearly 220 IP actions filed in federal court.
