Wind project developers urged an Oklahoma federal court on Wednesday to toss a suit brought by the federal government accusing the companies of infringing upon the Osage Nation's mineral excavation rights, arguing the suit is premature because no project work is being performed and any that might be done wouldn't require a lease or permit.
