Cornerstone Home Lending Inc. told a Texas federal judge Thursday to toss a proposed overtime collective action after opposing counsel stopped communicating with the lender's attorneys, causing one of them to fly to Arizona for depositions the former employees skipped.

Cornerstone Home Lending Inc. was hit with a proposed collective action in Texas federal court Monday for denial of overtime pay, with allegations the home lender failed to accurately record work times for loan officers and similar employees and recovered salary payments from their commissions.
