A Massachusetts federal judge on Wednesday appointed Labaton Sucharow LLP and Bronstein Gewirtz & Grossman LLC lead counsel in a shareholder suit accusing Biogen Inc. of misleading investors over its revenue forecasts.

Biogen Inc. misled investors by predicting double-digit revenue growth early this year, only to slash its forecast soon after and send shares plummeting, according to a proposed securities class action filed on Tuesday in Massachusetts federal court.
