Fox Rothschild LLP has settled its Pennsylvania federal lawsuit against the U.S. Virgin Islands over an allegedly baseless $398,000 tax bill on undisclosed terms, according to a Thursday order dismissing the case.

The U.S. Virgin Islands' taxing authority has agreed not to move forward with collections on allegedly unconstitutional gross tax receipts assessed against Fox Rothschild LLP until the firm's lawsuit over the matter has been resolved, according to a Thursday stipulation filed in Pennsylvania federal court.
