Nestle Dodges Cat Food Buyers' Slave Labor Suit
A California federal judge on Wednesday nixed a proposed class action accusing Nestle Purina of not disclosing that it allegedly relied on slave labor to provide fish for Fancy Feast cat food, saying the company complies with state laws that require only a limited amount of notification.
