Barnes & Thornburg LLP urged a California federal judge on Thursday to deny a bid by ADC Telecommunications to disqualify the firm as plaintiffs counsel in a patent dispute due to an alleged conflict of interest, saying the suit is set to be transferred to Delaware.

ADC Telecommunications on Tuesday urged a California federal court to disqualify Barnes & Thornburg LLP from representing a company suing ADC for patent infringement, arguing the firm's work for ADC's parent company and other affiliates in separate patent litigation creates a conflict of interest.
