SEC Settles $4.3M Fraud Suit Against Fiber Optics Co.
The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and a Minnesota fiber optics company that allegedly defrauded investors of $4.3 million agreed to a partial judgment Tuesday that bars the company and its CEO from soliciting or accepting money from investors for the business.

A Minnesota federal judge Wednesday approved a temporary restraining order barring a fiber optics company from seeking new investments following U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission allegations that it defrauded investors out of at least $4.3 million.
