Restaurant Settles EEOC Suit Over Secret Bathroom Videos
A sex harassment suit brought by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission accusing a California restaurant of condoning a manager's retaliatory behavior after male workers complained he was secretly recording them going to the bathroom has ended in a settlement, the agency said Tuesday.
