Hotel developer and former KIT Digital Inc. CEO Kaleil Isaza Tuzman asked a New York federal judge Friday to toss the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission's suit accusing him of accounting fraud, arguing the agency has not provided adequate evidence of his alleged wrongdoing.
