7th Circ. Opens The Vault On WWII Spy Investigation Docs
The Seventh Circuit ruled on Thursday that the government cannot hide behind the secrecy of grand jury proceedings to conceal information about a World War II era espionage investigation, saying that a judge was correct in ordering the U.S. Department of Justice to unseal grand jury evidence presented against the Chicago Tribune.
